“At least 80% of chronic diseases can be prevented.”

– World Health Organization (WHO)

Doesn’t this just BLOW YOUR MIND?

Hi, I’m Claire

I’m a Nutritional Therapist and whole foodie

I work with people and brands to help them incorporate more plant-based options into their meal plans and menus.

What does plant-based mean?

Plant-based means foods that came from a plant. Think: fruits, vegetables, legumes and whole grains. I advocate prioritising whole (unprocessed) plant foods, minimising animal products, and eliminating ultra-processed foods. Embracing a plant-focused diet isn’t about deprivation or limitation; it’s about getting as much nutritional bang for your buck as possible.

Why is it important to eat more plant foods?

There is compelling evidence that those who eat more plant foods live longer and healthier lives, and reduce their risk of developing chronic diseases thanks to the health-promoting, disease-fighting, nutrients found exclusively in whole foods.
