These bedtime banana bliss balls have been created to provide all the nutrients you need to get a good night sleep!
Bedtime Banana Bliss Balls
- 8 Medjool dates, pitted if using another smaller variety, use 12
- 1 cup oats
- 1 medium banana
- 1/2 cup cashew nuts
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- Add everything to a food processer and mix on low/medium speed until everything is combined. The mixture will be fairly sticky.
- Using a 2 Tbsp cookie scoop, portion out the mixture and roll into balls.
- Refrigerate for a couple of hours before eating, and keep the balls stored in the fridge.
