Funky Monkey Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 2 bananas frozen
- 1 cup steel cut oats
- 2 cups plant-based milk
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder unsweetened
- 2 tbsp peanut butter natural
- 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
Instructions
- Throw everything into a high powered blender or food processor and blend until smooth

Notes
You might need to adjust the quantity of oats and peanut butter, depending on your personal nutritional requirements - just keep the ratio of 1:2 on the oats to milk.⠀
