IBS and Gut Health for Plant-Based Eaters
to help you reduce and manage your symptoms in as little as eight weeks?
You’ve been struggling along trying to figure out everything by yourself but you’re stuck in an endless cycle of reading confusing and conflicting IBS management ‘advice’ from the internet.
You’ve tried detoxes, juice cleanses, cutting out foods like gluten and dairy, food intolerance tests, fad diets and solutions that promise a quick fix, over the counter medications, and every supplement known to man…
You’re frustrated because something works for a short time, but then you find yourself back at square one and have to start over.
You’re getting barely any support from your doctor to help you manage your IBS – once they’ve made the diagnosis, you’re on your own.
You find this all so discouraging and you know there must be a better way.
You can keep throwing spaghetti at the wall to see if anything sticks.
You can keep wasting time, money and energy on quick fixes that aren’t evidence-based and offer little in the way of tangible relief.
You can keep going back to the doctor in the hope they’ll take you seriously and give you something that actually works (sadly, pharmaceuticals for IBS are very hit and miss).
OR, you can work with an IBS specialist nutritionist who will show you how to properly manage your symptoms and hold your hand throughout the entire process…
and find IBS relief without dietary restrictions

With my Fast-Track to IBS Freedom packages!
Together, we’ll create a personalised strategy through manageable diet and lifestyle changes that are easy to work into your busy schedule, don’t overwhelm you, and don’t require any massive shifts in your existing routine.
Choose from an eight or 12 week package of 1-to-1 consultations and get support from someone who will make sure you are heard, supported and understood.
Book a complimentary 30-minute discovery call so we can get to know each other and see which of my packages is the right fit for you and your gut health goals.
When you’re ready to proceed, we’ll agree your start date and get you booked in for your initial consultation. You’ll get access to my client success platform at this point too.
I’ll ask you to complete a bit of paperwork so I can assess your health status and understand your medical history. This will include a food and lifestyle diary recorded on the platform.
Now we can get down to business setting some gut health goals, taking into account your individual circumstances, any barriers, and what has and hasn’t worked for you in the past.
Each week I’ll check in with you to see how you’re doing. You can also reach out to me any time you have questions via instant message through my client success platform.
We’ll have fortnightly calls to see how you’re getting on with implementing your action plan protocols. This is also our opportunity to reassess and set new goals, when appropriate.
Hi, I’m Claire!
I’m a Nutritional Therapist and Holistic Nutritionist specialising in gut health, IBS and plant-based diets. I apply a holistic approach which means taking into consideration your environment and lifestyle, as well as the food you eat. And I advocate for nutrition by addition – successfully managing IBS doesn’t need to mean eating a boring, restrictive diet. Believe me when I say that often, what you ADD to your diet is more significant than what you remove.
As a fellow ISB sufferer, I’d tried fads and quick fixes myself. I used Dr Google and tried to apply generalised advice that just made me more confused and gave me more questions than answers. I took a pretty scattergun approach to IBS management and I was all-in on the big dramatic changes and not focused enough on the smaller things. And I was inconsistent because these big dramatic changes weren’t sustainable.
And it felt like nothing was helping.
This was before I retrained as a nutritionist and learned what really works and what doesn’t. Once I had accepted that effective IBS management was going to take more than just a random supplement or diet change, I started to get my symptoms under control. I focused on habit formation and made small changes, one at a time, until I was no longer living in near constant pain, bloated like a pufferfish, or spending hours and hours of my day glued to the toilet.
I now help IBS sufferers just like you do the same.
you’re not sure where to start with managing your IBS
you’re not interested in restricting your diet to get your symptoms under control
you’re a busy person and can’t take much time out of your schedule
you’re sick of going round in circles trying to apply IBS advice you’ve found online
and you want simple, straightforward and PERSONALISED strategies that are sustainable and achievable
I may require sign-off from your doctor before we can start working together, depending on your medical history.
Nutritional therapy is a complementary therapy, designed to work alongside conventional medical care, but is not a substitute for medical advice or treatment, and referral to a medical specialist may be required.
