Low-commitment sessions that include a full dietary assessment where we’ll get your gut health strategy in place.

You’ll receive personalised protocols based on your gut health goals that you can implement immediately.

These sessions are usually best suited to people who prefer to take an take an independent approach to learning and are highly motivated to make changes to their diet and lifestyle.

A follow-up session is usually recommended after two to four weeks, depending on your protocols.

TWO MONTH PACKAGE

A two month package of five sessions, starting with an initial 60 minute consultation which includes a health assessment, food diary analysis and a personalised action plan.

You’ll also get 4 x 45 minute fortnightly follow-ups tailored to your gut health goals, ongoing dietary analysis and adjustments, continuous health assessments and new/updated action plans after each meeting.

Weekly accountability check-ins and unlimited instant-message support during working hours are part of the package, and you’ll also receive all the resources you need to succeed (written protocols, handouts, worksheets, articles, recipes etc.) at each stage of your journey with me.

This package is ideal for people who are looking for ongoing guidance and support to implement lasting, healthy habits.

THREE MONTH PACKAGE

A three month package of seven sessions, starting with an initial 60 minute consultation which includes a health assessment, food diary analysis and a personalised action plan.

Book a free 15 minute discovery call so we can get to know each other, ask any questions you have, and confirm which package is right for your gut health goals.

GET BOOKED IN

When you’re ready to proceed, we’ll agree your start date and get you booked in for your initial consultation! You’ll get access to my client success platform at this point too.

ASSESSMENT

I’ll ask you to complete a bit of paperwork so I can assess your health status and understand your medical history. This will include a food and lifestyle diary recorded on the platform.

CONSULTATION

Now we can get down to business setting some gut health goals, taking into account your individual circumstances, any barriers, and what has and hasn’t worked for you in the past.

CHECK-INS*

Each week I’ll check in with you to see how you’re doing. You can also reach out to me any time you have questions via instant message through my client success platform.

FOLLOW-UPS*

We’ll have fortnightly calls to see how you’re getting on with implementing your action plan protocols. This is also our opportunity to reassess and set new goals, when appropriate.

Please note, discovery calls are our opportunity to get to know each other. I am unable to provide any nutrition advice on these calls.

Nutritional therapy is a complementary therapy, designed to work alongside conventional medical care, but is not a substitute for medical advice or treatment, and referral to a medical specialist may be required.

Hi, I’m Claire!

I’m a Nutritional Therapist and Holistic Nutritionist specialising in gut health, IBS and plant-based diets. I’ll be your nutrition coach and moral support throughout your journey with me. My role is to keep you focused on your goals, motivate you to reach them, and help you stay accountable. I will share my evidence-based nutrition knowledge and empower and support you as you create new gut health habits.

I apply a holistic approach to health which means taking into consideration your environment and lifestyle, as well as the food you eat. I firmly believe that it’s what you do consistently over time that matters – one food or meal doesn’t define your dietary pattern. Progress not perfection is what counts.⁣

I’ve applied what I’ve learned during my studies to my own personal health and improved my quality of life immeasurably. I ditched the bandaid ‘solutions’, I didn’t fall for unsustainable restrictions or fad diets, I just created simple healthy lifestyle habits. And I can help you do the same.
