Hi, I’m Claire!

I’m a plant-based Nutritional Therapist and Holistic Nutritionist, and I’ll be your nutrition coach and moral support for the duration of your program.

I’ve know how you feel. It took me 18 months to transition to a plant-based diet and I wish I’d done it sooner – my health improved dramatically as a result! But there’s so much to consider, and I wasn’t prepared for all the logistical issues and mindset shift that was needed. It’s not really just as simple as quitting eating meat, fish, dairy and eggs! If you’ve ever tried to change your diet before, you’ll know it can be a tough gig.

I wish I’d had someone I could turn to with my questions. Someone to guide and support me. Someone to stop me making little mistakes that stalled my progress.

Now, I can be that person for you. I’ve walked the walk. I went back to school to study plant-based nutrition, and implemented my own simple systems to help me develop sustainable healthy eating habits making plants the focal point of all my meals.

The weekly coaching calls will be carried out via Zoom and include a presentation of the topic(s), a Q&A session, and a run through of the tasks to complete in your own time.

Worksheets, templates, printables, a copy of the presentation slides, and a summary of each week’s learning objectives will also be provided.

You should allow 30-60 minutes each week for the calls (the exact duration will depend on the questions you have), and another 30-60 minutes for the weekly tasks.

Not if you don’t want to, no. Veganism is a philosophy and way of living, not just a diet. A vegan lifestyle may be chosen for ethical, environmental, religious or health reasons.

You should choose the dietary pattern that aligns with your personal ethics and circumstances. I can help you decide what type of plant-based diet is right for you if you are unsure. We cover this in week one of the program.

You’ll learn everything you need to know about plant-based diets and how to transition to one! After the eight weeks is over, you’ll have all the tools, resources and knowledge to ensure you are 100% confident about your dietary choices going forward.

The focus of the program is about empowering you to make healthy choices and teaching you to be self-sufficient in applying everything you learn.

But just as importantly, you’ll get unlimited access to a plant-based nutritionist (me!) who can support and guide you through the entire process, and answer your questions every step of the way. I am here to keep you focused on your goals, motivate you to reach them, and help you stay accountable. Moral support the whole way!

However, I understand that unforeseen circumstances do happen and life occasionally throws us a curveball that we can’t dodge. If this happens, you are welcome to pause your progress and pick back up when you are ready.
