Hi, I’m Claire! I’m a plant-based IBS Specialist Nutritional Therapist and Holistic Nutritionist, and I’ll be your IBS coach and moral support for the duration of your time in the Plant Nourish, Gut Flourish program.

I’ve know how you feel. I’ve had Irritable Bowel Syndrome for over 15 years and I wish I’d known back then what I know now! Let me tell you; a scattergun approach doesn’t work. All that late-night Googling and desperately removing random foods from your diet does more harm than good. 

While there’s no cure for IBS, it IS possible to get considerable relief from the symptoms that weigh you down and control your life on a daily basis. But a super restrictive diet is not the answer.

Back when I first tried the low FODMAP diet it was relatively new, and although I’d paid privately to see a dietitian, I essentially got handed a list of foods I should and shouldn’t eat with a few (awful!) recipes, and I was sent on my way. I wasn’t guided through the reintroduction phase properly, and as a result, I unnecessarily stopped eating foods that I now know – thanks to my nutrition training – are incredibly beneficial to health. I was miserable, and unfortunately, my symptom relief was short-lived.

Fast-forward ten+ years and I now have the knowledge and skills to manage my IBS, but I had to go back to university to learn what was needed. Symptom control in IBS is nothing short of life-changing and I want to help you get to where I am now which is why I created this program.

You sure can! Around half of my clients don’t eat a plant-based diet, and this actually makes the low FODMAP process far easier. You can just skip the lessons that discuss plant-based nutrition.

The Plant Nourish, Gut Flourish program was developed to be inclusive, so the same methodologies and strategies can easily be applied to any dietary pattern.

The flexitarian low FODMAP meal plan and recipe book is suitable for those eating an omnivorous diet, and because animal origin proteins are FODMAP-free, you can adapt meals suit your dietary preference.

The modules are delivered through a series of pre-recorded videos that you can watch in your own time. The course material is stored in my client success platform called Practice Better which is available as an app and via desktop.

New lessons are released every few weeks to give you time to put what you have learned into practice, and to stop you from getting overwhelmed.

Your one-to-one calls can be booked at a time that suits you within six months of you joining the program. I use Zoom for this.

Workbooks, templates and other printables will also be provided that you can download to keep.

It will take four to six months to complete the Plant Nourish, Gut Flourish program, and you will have access to the content for six months.

This might sound like a long time, but honestly, if you want to get long-lasting results, you need to be committed to seeing the program through from start to finish.

One of the major reasons IBS sufferers fail to get proper symptom relief is because they take a scattergun approach to different therapies, moving on too quickly before they’ve had chance to see any difference in their symptoms.

Done correctly, the low FODMAP elimination diet usually takes around four months to complete. The elimination phase lasts for four to six weeks, and the reintroduction phase takes another six to 12 weeks.
