up to 1 in 5 people suffer from irritable bowel syndrome

you’re not alone!

But the thing is, most people with IBS find themselves caught up in a guesswork game that feels a bit like playing whack-a-mole with a blindfold on. You get stuck in an endless cycle of desperate late night googling, and vowing to start the new ‘thing’ tomorrow in the hope that it will help.

Sometimes it does, but often relief is short-lived, and you find yourself back at the drawing board soon after, looking for yet another solution to your symptoms.

and this is doing you more harm than good

you don’t need to cut more foods out of your diet

you don’t need another expensive supplement

you don’t need another useless unicorn quick fix

you need sustainable diet and lifestyle changes that will help you get your symptoms under control for the long-term

are you ready to go from…

feeling anxious about your symptoms

being confused about what to eat

feeling isolated and that nobody understands what you’re going through

avoiding social events because your tummy is acting up

wearing baggy clothes to hide the bloat

worrying about where the nearest bathroom is

confusion and overwhelm

having a poor quality of life

understanding what is going on in your body

knowing your personal triggers

feeling supported, heard and understood

making social plans AND being able to stick to them

wearing your favourite clothes again

having a predictable, regular poop schedule

clarity and confidence

it is possible!

let me show you how...

👋 Hi, I’m Claire

I’m a plant-based IBS specialist nutritionist. And I know how you feel. I’ve had IBS for over 15 years. Thankfully, it’s very well controlled these days, but I had to go back to formal education to get to where I am now.

My experience of learning how to manage my symptoms, and helping my clients do the same, has taught me three important things:

Most of the self-help IBS advice you find online is nothing more than a shiny distraction. Quick fixes that sound too good to be true, are too good to be true.

Doctors often don’t have the time or tools to help you. They make their diagnosis and you’re on your own. Their support barely extends further than a prescription.

There are multiple diet and lifestyle factors that contribute to IBS symptoms and you need to address all of them, not just cherry-pick the low-hanging fruit.

Symptom control in IBS is nothing short of life-changing which is why I created the Plant Nourish, Gut Flourish program. I want help you get your life back too!

IBS Nutritionist

Learn about what’s going on inside your gut and why. What is the role of diet in IBS? What does healthy pooping and digestion look like? What can you do right now to get some symptom relief? All of these questions and more are answered in module 1.

Meet FODMAPs and get started on the low FODMAP elimination phase. A 28-day example meal plan with recipes is provided to inspire you, and you’ll get practical tips including how to read food labels and modify recipes so you don’t feel restricted or deprived.

Find out how to deal with flare ups and beat the bloat once and for all. We’ll look at both preventative and reactive strategies to help manage all the uncomfortable and embarrassing symptoms of IBS so you no longer feel confused and anxious during a flare up.

By this point, you’ll be ready to reintroduce FODMAPs to your diet. Using my step-by-step challenge protocol, you’ll learn how to understand your symptoms and interpret your results so you can build a personalised plant-based IBS diet that works for YOU.

Understand why a holistic approach to your IBS is important. From nourishing your brain to overcoming stress and anxiety, and gut directed hypnotherapy, this module is life-changing! Other essential pillars of self-care like sleep and movement are covered here too.

Learn how to nurture your gut microbiota and take the 30 plants challenge – tailored to your personalised plant-based IBS diet, of course! We’ll also look at what supplements you can incorporate to keep your gut and digestion in tip top condition for life.

So I can guide you through your journey. The calls take place via Zoom every week throughout the duration of the program (submit questions in advance and watch a replay if you can’t make it live).

Each module comes with a library of helpful resources including video lessons, printable worksheets, templates, checklists and much more to make navigating the program a breeze! (the assets are yours to download and keep)

Choose from three 28-day example meal plans (vegan, vegetarian or flexitarian) with over 80 delicious recipes in each, as well as a handy shopping list so you know what to buy – let me take away the stress of knowing what to eat!

Connect with me, and your fellow IBS sufferers in the group, through my client success platform app to get all your burning questions answered (M-F, 9-5).

With special guest yoga teacher Georgina from Movement and Mindfulness. Georgina will guide you through a series of asanas to help improve your digestion and relieve your symptoms.

The Plant Nourish, Gut Flourish program is for you if:

– You have IBS.

– You’re fed up with the near-constant pain, bloating, diarrhoea and/or constipation ruling your life.

– You’re feeling overwhelmed by all the information out there about IBS and the low FODMAP diet.

– You’re motivated to make changes to your diet and lifestyle.

– You’re ready to commit to the program for four months.

– You want personalised support and guidance from a nutritionist that 100% gets what you’re going through, and knows that managing IBS is about more than just food.

The Plant Nourish, Gut Flourish program is not for you if:

– You don’t suffer from IBS

– You’re looking for a quick fix.

– You’re not ready to commit or able to put in some effort to finding your IBS triggers.

– You’re not willing to trust the process of the program.

– You’re looking for a DIY solution.

You sure can! Around half of my clients don’t eat a plant-based diet, and this actually makes the low FODMAP process far easier. You can just skip the lessons that discuss plant-based nutrition.

The Plant Nourish, Gut Flourish program was developed to be inclusive, so the same methodologies and strategies can easily be applied to any dietary pattern.

The flexitarian low FODMAP meal plan and recipe book is suitable for those eating an omnivorous diet, and because animal origin proteins are FODMAP-free, you can adapt meals suit your dietary preference.

The modules are delivered through a series of pre-recorded videos that you can watch in your own time. The course material is stored in my client success platform called Practice Better which is available as an app and via desktop.

New lessons are released every few weeks to give you time to put what you have learned into practice, and to stop you from getting overwhelmed.

The group calls will take place once a week via Zoom (day and time TBC – you’ll be able to vote for the time that suits you best). There may be more than one call, depending on the time zones of each participant. If you can’t join the live calls, you can submit questions in advance and watch a recorded replay.

Workbooks, templates and other printables will also be provided that you can download to keep.

It will take four months to complete the Plant Nourish, Gut Flourish program, and you will have access to the content for six months.

This might sound like a long time now, but honestly, it’s a small drop in the ocean compared to the rest of your life.

One of the major reasons IBS sufferers fail to get proper symptom relief is because they take a scattergun approach to different therapies, moving on too quickly before they’ve had chance to see any difference in their symptoms.

Done correctly, the low FODMAP elimination diet usually takes around four months to complete. The elimination phase lasts for two to six weeks, and the reintroduction phase takes another six to eight weeks.

The Plant Nourish, Gut Flourish program covers so much more than the low FODMAP diet though! You’ll learn about and implement various other evidence-based coping strategies during your time in the program, so you are fully empowered and confident at managing your condition, and most importantly, you can get your life back!

The videos in each module are less than ten minutes each so you can absorb the information in bitesize pieces at your convenience.

You should allow 60 minutes for the weekly group coaching calls.

There will also be a few small tasks to complete as we go through the program – things like questionnaires and worksheets – to track your progress, but these shouldn’t take you very long.

The next intake starts on 6 February 2023.

Spaces a limited, and they fill up quickly, so get your application in now to snag your spot.

Just hit the big green button below or click here and you’ll be taken to a short program application form.

After you’ve filled out the form, you’ll be able to book your complimentary call with me so we can get to know each other, and you can ask me any questions you have about the program.

Applying doesn’t mean you have to commit. There is no obligation to proceed.

The Plant Nourish, Gut Flourish program is packed with value to help you take control of your IBS! You’ll get:

– 18 weekly group coaching calls for four months.

– 24/7 access to an online resource library for each module containing video lessons, plus downloadable and printable worksheets, templates, checklists (and more!) so you can refer back to the key information any time.

– Group chat instant message support during working hours (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm GMT/BST).

– Low FODMAP recipe book and example meal plan (choose from vegan, vegetarian or flexitarian).

– Yoga classes for IBS to help you improve your digestion and say goodbye to discomfort.

As with every therapy, there is no guarantee it will work for you.

3 out of every 4 people with IBS who follow the low FODMAP diet experience a significant reduction in symptoms and an improvement in their quality of life. However, that leaves 1 in 4 who don’t. But remember, successful IBS management isn’t just about food.

The Plant Nourish, Gut Flourish program has been designed holistically and covers various evidence-based lifestyle practices so no stone is left unturned throughout your journey.

So, whether the low FODMAP diet works for you or not, you are very likely to see meaningful changes in your symptoms.

If you have concerns about whether this program will work for you, perhaps because you’ve tried the low FODMAP diet before and it didn’t work, I offer a complimentary, no obligation, discovery call so we can discuss your thoughts. Just complete the program application form and you’ll be directed to a link to book your free call.

Because everybody is different, this is a difficult question to answer, however, many people experience a reduction in their IBS symptoms after two to three weeks in the low FODMAP elimination phase.

Of course, this will depend on where you are in your IBS journey and what you’ve already tried. If stress and anxiety are a major trigger for you, it may take a little longer before you get relief, but rest assured that we will get to the bottom of what’s going on in your gut.

You’ll be provided with evidence-based coping strategies that cover all bases so you no longer have to be held hostage to your uncomfortable gut symptoms.

The Plant Nourish, Gut Flourish program is a holistic and comprehensive IBS management plan that will help you find your triggers, understand the causes of your symptoms, and provide you with a personalised, long-term solution to IBS relief.

If you’ve already started the elimination phase of the low FODMAP diet, you’ll benefit from the structured, step-by-step reintroduction phase, as well as troubleshooting strategies, and a customised, sustainable and nutritionally balanced eating pattern to help you manage your IBS going forward.

This program is about more than just food and FODMAPs though – the program covers non-food IBS triggers, lifestyle management tips and a complete holistic methodology.

Yes, you can pay your investment in monthly instalments of £125 spread across four months.

When you register, you commit to the full four month program and total program cost. Refunds and early cancellation of payment plans are not allowed.

I understand that unforeseen emergency circumstances do occur. If this happens, I will assess on a case-by-case basis.

To make sure the program is the right fit for you, we will have a complimentary call after you have submitted your application to discuss any concerns you may have.

Just drop me an email or fill out my contact form and I will get right back to you!

If the Plant Nourish, Gut Flourish program sounds like what you’ve been waiting for then you’re just moments away from getting your name on the list:
