Are you fed up with pain, bloating and unpredictable bowel habits?

Is IBS controlling your life?

If you want to learn how to manage your IBS symptoms effectively without the frustration and overwhelm, the Plant Nourish, Gut Flourish program is here to help!

You feel like you can’t eat ANYTHING! You’ve cut out so many foods from your diet that you’re left with very few ‘safe foods’ and you don’t know what to eat without triggering your IBS symptoms.

You’ve had all the tests but not really got any support from your doctor to help you manage your condition. Worse still, you’ve been told there’s nothing really wrong with you and it’s “just a bit of IBS”.

You’ve wasted time and money on therapies, seeing specialists and trying every supplement at the pharmacy but nothing has really worked for you and you’re just over it now.

You’ve tried all the advice from Dr. Google but it’s overwhelming and confusing, and you need help so you can stop all the guesswork.

You’ve heard of the low FODMAP diet and maybe even tried it, but as a plant-based eater, it’s complicated and you didn’t stick at it for long enough to get any results.

Or maybe you’ve been doing the low FODMAP diet for months or even years but you’ve never tried reintroducing foods and it’s not really given you as much relief from your symptoms as you’d like.

You’re fed up of cancelling plans because of your tummy troubles. You feel like nobody else understands what you’re going through and you just want your life back!

You’ve considered giving up your plant-based diet because you’ve been told you need to eat animal products if you want to ease your IBS symptoms (don’t worry, you don’t!).

With a step-by-step plan, so you can stop trying to figure this out by yourself and learn how to manage your symptoms once and for all

Plant Nourish, Gut Flourish is a comprehensive, holistic program designed for plant-based* eaters who have been diagnosed with Irritable Bowel Syndrome. The program will help you identify your personal IBS triggers and guide you through a journey of discovery so you can finally take control of your condition – not the other way round.

(*vegan, vegetarian, flexitarian, Mediterranean, etc. Wondering if you can still join the program even if you’re not plant-based? You sure can! Check out the FAQs section below for more info.)

Take a look inside the Plant Nourish, Gut Flourish program…

Learn about what’s going on inside your gut and why. What is the role of diet in IBS? What does healthy pooping and digestion look like? What can you do right now to get some symptom relief? All of these questions and more are answered in module 1.

Meet FODMAPs and learn how to implement the low FODMAP elimination diet as a plant-based eater. Get practical tips including how to read food labels and modify recipes, as well as a detailed guide on how to meet your nutritional requirements throughout the elimination phase.

Find out how to deal with flare ups and beat the bloat once and for all. We’ll look at both preventative and reactive strategies to help manage the uncomfortable and embarrassing symptoms of IBS so you no longer feel confused and anxious during a flare up.

By this point, you’ll be ready to reintroduce FODMAPs to your diet. Using my step-by-step challenge protocol, you’ll learn how to understand your symptoms and interpret your results so you can build a personalised plant-based IBS diet that really works.

Understand why a holistic approach to your IBS is important. From nourishing your brain to overcoming stress and anxiety, and gut directed hypnotherapy, this module is life-changing! Other essential pillars of self-care like sleep and movement are covered here too.

Learn how to nurture your gut microbiota and take the 30 plants challenge – tailored to your personalised plant-based IBS diet, of course! We’ll also look at what supplements you can incorporate to keep your gut and digestion in tip top condition for life.

Successful IBS management requires
a holistic approach

It’s not just about the food. It’s important to look at your lifestyle as a whole if you want to get control of your IBS symptoms and put and end to the cycle of bloating, pain and unpredictable toilet habits.

The Plant Nourish, Gut Flourish program has been written by a plant-based Holistic Nutritionist, and fellow IBS sufferer, who has been trained by Monash University on the Low FODMAP Diet for IBS.

Hi, I’m Claire! I’m a plant-based IBS Specialist Nutritional Therapist and Holistic Nutritionist, and I’ll be your IBS coach and moral support for the duration of your time in the Plant Nourish, Gut Flourish program.

I’ve know how you feel. I’ve had Irritable Bowel Syndrome for over 15 years and I wish I’d known back then what I know now! Let me tell you; a scattergun approach doesn’t work. All that late-night Googling and desperately removing random foods from your diet does more harm than good.

While there’s no cure for IBS, it IS possible to get considerable relief from the symptoms that weigh you down and control your life on a daily basis. But a super restrictive diet is not the answer.

Back when I first tried the low FODMAP diet it was relatively new, and although I’d paid privately to see a dietitian, I essentially got handed a list of foods I should and shouldn’t eat with a few (awful!) recipes, and I was sent on my way. I wasn’t guided through the reintroduction phase properly, and as a result, I unnecessarily stopped eating foods that I now know – thanks to my nutrition training – are incredibly beneficial to health. I was miserable, and unfortunately, my symptom relief was short-lived.

Fast-forward ten+ years and I now have the knowledge and skills to manage my IBS, but I had to go back to university to learn what was needed. Symptom control in IBS is nothing short of life-changing and I want to help you get to where I am now which is why I created this program.

The Plant Nourish, Gut Flourish program is for you if:

– You have IBS.

– You’re fed up with the near-constant pain, bloating, diarrhoea and/or constipation ruling your life.

– Your doctor has recommended that you try the low FODMAP diet.

– You’re feeling overwhelmed by all the information out there about IBS and the low FODMAP diet.

– You’re motivated to make changes to your diet and lifestyle.

– You’re ready to commit to the program for at least four months.

– You’ve tried the low FODMAP diet before but it was too complicated and/or you got no results.

– You want personalised support and guidance from a nutritionist that 100% gets what you’re going through, and knows that managing IBS is about more than just food.

The Plant Nourish, Gut Flourish program is not for you if:

– You don’t suffer from IBS

– You’re looking for a quick fix.

– You’re not ready to commit or able to put in some effort to finding your IBS triggers.

– You’re not willing to trust the process of the program.

– You’re looking for a DIY solution.

You sure can! Around half of my clients don’t eat a plant-based diet, and this actually makes the low FODMAP process far easier. You can just skip the lessons that discuss plant-based nutrition.

The Plant Nourish, Gut Flourish program was developed to be inclusive, so the same methodologies and strategies can easily be applied to any dietary pattern.

The flexitarian low FODMAP meal plan and recipe book is suitable for those eating an omnivorous diet, and because animal origin proteins are FODMAP-free, you can adapt meals suit your dietary preference.

The modules are delivered through a series of pre-recorded videos that you can watch in your own time. The course material is stored in my client success platform called Practice Better which is available as an app and via desktop.

New lessons are released every few weeks to give you time to put what you have learned into practice, and to stop you from getting overwhelmed.

Your one-to-one calls can be booked at a time that suits you within six months of you joining the program. I use Zoom for this.

The group calls will also take place via Zoom (and will be recorded so you can watch replays if you can’t join us live).

Workbooks, templates and other printables will also be provided that you can download to keep.

It will take four to six months to complete the Plant Nourish, Gut Flourish program, and you will have access to the content for six months.

This might sound like a long time, but honestly, if you want to get long-lasting results, you need to be committed to seeing the program through from start to finish.

One of the major reasons IBS sufferers fail to get proper symptom relief is because they take a scattergun approach to different therapies, moving on too quickly before they’ve had chance to see any difference in their symptoms.

Done correctly, the low FODMAP elimination diet usually takes around four months to complete. The elimination phase lasts for four to six weeks, and the reintroduction phase takes another six to 12 weeks.

The Plant Nourish, Gut Flourish program covers so much more than the low FODMAP diet though! You’ll learn about and implement various other evidence-based coping strategies during your time in the program, so you are fully empowered and confident at managing your condition, and most importantly, you can get your life back!

You should allow 45 minutes to one hour for each of your one-to-one coaching calls, and an hour for the bi-weekly (fortnightly) group check-ins.

The group check-ins aren’t mandatory, but they are a great opportunity to meet with fellow IBS warriors. The calls will be recorded so you’ll be able to watch a replay if you can’t make it to the live sessions.

There will also be a few small tasks to complete as we go through the program – things like questionnaires and worksheets – to track your progress, but these shouldn’t take you very long.

The next intake starts in June 2022. Get your application in now to snag your spot.

Just hit the big green button below or click here and you’ll be taken to a short program application form.

After you’ve filled out the form, you’ll be able to book your complimentary call with me so we can get to know each other, and you can ask me any questions you have about the program.

Applying doesn’t mean you have to commit. There is no obligation to proceed.

The Plant Nourish, Gut Flourish program is packed with value to help you take control of your IBS! You’ll get:

– Eight 1-2-1 coaching calls during the six month program.

– Fortnightly group coaching calls.

– Access to a resource library for each module containing printable worksheets, templates, checklists (and more!) so you can refer back to the key information any time.

– Private support group so you can connect with me and other IBS sufferers.

– Low FODMAP recipe book and example meal plan (choose from vegan, vegetarian or flexitarian).

– Yoga classes for IBS to help you improve your digestion and say goodbye to discomfort.

If you pay in full, you’ll also get unlimited instant message support from me (during working hours) so you can get help any time you need it. This is priceless during the reintroduction phase!

As with every therapy, there is no guarantee it will work for you.

3 out of every 4 people with IBS who follow the low FODMAP diet experience a significant reduction in symptoms and an improvement in their quality of life. However, that leaves 1 in 4 who don’t. But remember, successful IBS management isn’t just about food.

The Plant Nourish, Gut Flourish program has been designed holistically and covers various evidence-based lifestyle practices so no stone is left unturned throughout your journey.

So, whether the low FODMAP diet works for you or not, you are very likely to see meaningful changes in your symptoms.

If you have concerns about whether this program will work for you, perhaps because you’ve tried the low FODMAP diet before and it didn’t work, I offer a complimentary, no obligation, discovery call so we can discuss your thoughts. Just complete the program application form and you’ll be directed to a link to book your free call.

Because everybody is different, this is a difficult question to answer, however, many people experience a reduction in their IBS symptoms after two to three weeks in the low FODMAP elimination phase.

Of course, this will depend on where you are in your IBS journey and what you’ve already tried. If stress and anxiety are a major trigger for you, it may take a little longer before you get relief, but rest assured that we will get to the bottom of what’s going on in your gut.

You’ll be provided with evidence-based coping strategies that cover all bases so you no longer have to be held hostage to your uncomfortable gut symptoms.

The Plant Nourish, Gut Flourish program is a holistic and comprehensive IBS management plan that will help you find your triggers, understand the causes of your symptoms, and provide you with a personalised, long-term solution to IBS relief.

If you’ve already started the elimination phase of the low FODMAP diet, you’ll benefit from the structured, step-by-step reintroduction phase, as well as troubleshooting strategies, and a customised, sustainable and nutritionally balanced eating pattern to help you manage your IBS going forward.

This program is about more than just food and FODMAPs though – the program covers non-food IBS triggers, lifestyle management tips and a complete holistic methodology.

The private support group is invaluable, and if you pay in full, you’ll have direct access to me – your personal IBS nutritionist – so you can get help whenever you need it.

Yes, you can pay your investment in monthly installments of £200 spread across six months.

If you are on the fence, then this is probably not the right time for you to embark on this program.

However, I understand that unforeseen circumstances do happen and life occasionally throws us a curveball that we can’t dodge. If this happens, you are welcome to pause your progress and pick back up when you are ready.

Just drop me an email or fill out my contact form and I will get right back to you!
