  • 1/2 avocado mashed
  • 1/4 cup hummus
  • 1 handful kale washed and chopped
  • 1/4 medium red pepper washed and sliced
  • 1/2 medium carrot shredded
  • 1 handful red cabage washed and sliced
  • 4 pieces semi-dried tomatoes sliced
